Leanne is our highly experienced Style Director with almost 30 years in the industry and a reputation for exceptional cutting across both men’s and women’s hair. She also creates beautiful blow waves and effortlessly polished up styles, all delivered with precision and ease.

Calm, confident and always smiling, Leanne brings a grounded, nurturing energy to the salon. Loved by both clients and the team, she has a natural way of making everyone feel comfortable and cared for. Often known as one of the “mamas” of Salon Ayre, she offers quiet support, guidance and a sense of ease to everyone

She is typically known for great hair, her endless talking and her contagious hyena laugh! That’s if you can see her….she’s pint size!

Jordyn is our Technical Director, specialising in colour, with 14 years of experience in the industry. Known for her beautiful, refined colour work and strong styling skills, she brings both creativity and precision to every client she works with.

The calm to everyone’s storm, Jordyn has a steady, grounding presence that instantly puts people at ease. She is also an incredible colour educator, known for her patience and supportive approach, and plays a key role in training and mentoring our up-and-coming stylists so they feel confident in their work.

Always ready for a laugh, Jordyn brings fun, warmth and lightness to the salon. Deeply loyal and endlessly supportive, she is loved by both clients and the team, and is someone who will always lift you up when you need it most

Don’t be fooled as to think she is the quiet one….she’s actually quietly the cheeky one!

Courteney is a Technical Director specialising in colour, with 10 years of experience in the industry. Known for her seamless technique and ability to create beautiful results with ease, she is one of our smoothest operators, consistently delivering high-quality work in a calm and effortless way.

A true all-rounder, Courteney thrives in a busy environment and is someone who simply gets things done. She brings a fun, vibrant energy to the salon and is without a doubt our number one entertainer, the kind of presence that lifts the entire room. Loved by both clients and the team, Courteney makes every appointment feel relaxed, enjoyable and full of personality.

She is sweet but feisty….so don’t get too close, she bites!

Nikki is a highly skilled Style Director with over 10 years of experience, known for her exceptional cutting and true mastery of her craft. With a refined, precise approach, she consistently delivers beautifully tailored results for every client.

As our styling educator, Nikki plays a key role in mentoring the next generation of stylists, ensuring our up-and-coming team members feel polished, confident and supported. Calm, steady and effortlessly capable, she brings a sense of ease to even the busiest days, simply getting on with it without ever missing a beat.

Deeply loved by the team and clients alike, Nikki also has one of the best senses of humour in the salon. Her quiet wit and light-hearted nature make every appointment feel relaxed, enjoyable and full of warmth.

And FYI - if it’s a hair tool, she has it….in GREEN! Or you will find her sending a crazy meme!

As our Technical Director, Roxy brings a calm confidence to the salon floor, backed by 13 years of experience and a natural talent for creating effortlessly lived-in colour. She has a true love for beautiful grey blending, specialising in soft, seamless and wearable results with a refined eye for detail.

Known for her initiative and reliability, Roxy is the kind of team member you can always count on. She’s often one step ahead, bringing professionalism, pride and consistently polished work to everything she does.

Her creativity extends beyond the chair. Roxy curates our salon playlists, setting the tone and vibe of the space, and is the creative force behind much of our content, often directing our videos behind the scenes. While she may not seek the limelight, she has a natural gift for content creation and plays a big part in shaping the feel of Salon Ayre.

Witty, sharp and effortlessly funny, Roxy balances her professionalism with a great sense of humour, making her a favourite among both clients and the team.

And she has probably already picked the next song on the playlist before you’ve noticed the last one has ended!

Our absolute sweetheart, Kaitlyn is known for her infectious smile and contagious laugh. With 7 years experience and our principal stylist, she brings a bright, uplifting energy to the salon, making every client feel instantly comfortable and cared for. Warm, friendly and full of life, she is someone both clients and the team are drawn to.

Affectionately known as our cowgirl, Kaitlyn loves her country music and brings a fun, light-hearted spirit to every day. Reliable, genuine and an absolute joy to be around, she is a truly valued part of the Salon Ayre team.

FYI, behind the beautiful hair is a trail of fake tan and Yeti cups!

Sammy is a Principal Colourist and Stylist with 7 years of experience, specialising in both cutting and colour. She has a love for creating bouncy, layered blow waves and beautifully tailored haircuts, bringing a fresh, polished feel to every client she works with.

Known for her reliability and strong work ethic, Sammy is someone you can always count on, ready to step in, help out and give her best in everything she does. Passionate about learning and continually growing her skills, she produces thoughtful, high-quality work and is always striving to improve.

Her time spent teaching at summer camps in America reflects her generous nature and love for giving back, bringing both experience and perspective to her role in the salon. Highly valued by her peers and loved by clients, Sammy brings a warm, positive energy to the team and is an absolute joy to be around.

And she is most likely to have a Diet Coke within arms reach!

Grace brings a calm, gentle presence to Salon Ayre, creating an experience that feels relaxed, welcoming and effortless. Working across cutting, styling and colour, she approaches every client with care, attention to detail and a natural ability to make people feel comfortable in her chair.

Beautiful both inside and out, Grace is known for her kind nature, professionalism and quiet confidence. Warm, genuine and easy to be around, she is a valued part of the Salon Ayre team and someone clients naturally feel comfortable with.

She may be one of the quieter members of the salon, but underneath the calm exterior is a cheeky sense of humour that loves to come out of hiding!

Ava is a third-year apprentice with a growing passion for colour and a natural ability to create beautiful blow waves. With a strong eye for detail, she continues to build her confidence and develop her skills within the salon.

Ava supports the team across all areas of the salon and is always learning, gaining experience and becoming more capable in her role each day. As she continues to grow, she is building consistency and finding her rhythm within a busy salon environment.

Bright, friendly and easy to be around, Ava brings a fresh, youthful energy to Salon Ayre and is a valued part of our team.

If she isn’t at work….shes probably at a festival!

Elly is our Second Year Apprentice who has quickly become an invaluable part of the Salon Ayre team. Originally from Coffs Harbour and now calling Melbourne home, she brings a calm, caring presence to everything she does.

Passionate about all things curly hair and excited to begin her cutting journey, Elly is always eager to learn, grow and support those around her. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and she will happily jump in wherever needed to make sure both clients and team members feel looked after.

A true quiet achiever, Elly is reliable, hardworking and always willing to give anything a go. Her kind nature, positive attitude and unwavering support make her a much-loved member of the salon.

Elly may be the calm amongst the storm, but if she’s secretly stressed, her rosy cheeks usually give her away!

Lara is our salon assistant and an absolute asset to the team. Known for her incredible work ethic and attention to detail, she keeps the salon running seamlessly, always ensuring the space is spotless and everything is exactly as it should be.

Reliable, efficient and always one step ahead, Lara brings a calm sense of order to even the busiest days. She approaches everything she does with ease and a genuine smile, making her a joy to have in the salon.

A true team player, Lara is someone you can always count on, and a much-loved part of Salon Ayre.

Don’t let her sweet, angelic nature fool you… Lara disappears every Christmas to attend Latvian dancing camp – yes, it’s a real thing and yes, she fully commits! She is truly a cherub in every way….as sweet as they come!

Zoe is an Apprentice Stylist with a passion for styling and a particular love for creating beautiful, bouncy blow waves. Now stepping into hairdressing full-time, she’s continuing to develop her skills across all areas of the salon and build on the strong foundation she’s already created.

Incredibly reliable and always willing to help, Zoe plays a key role in keeping the salon running smoothly. When she’s in, everything feels organised, calm and taken care of. Her work ethic, attention to detail and eagerness to learn make her such a valued part of the team.

Bright, dedicated and full of potential, we’re so excited to watch Zoe continue to grow into an amazing hairdresser.

Zoe has officially survived school and joined us full-time… so we’re sure it won’t take long before we have some proper dirt on her!

Claudia brings a bright, uplifting energy to Salon Ayre and is truly pure sunshine. With her warm, welcoming nature, she is a natural at front of house, ensuring every client feels seen, cared for and completely at ease from the moment they walk through the door.

With a passion for colour and all things hair, Claudia also supports the team on the floor, bringing care and attention to every part of the client experience. Her positive attitude is contagious, and she has a way of making everyone smile.

Fun, kind and genuinely caring, Claudia takes great pride in her work and in creating a beautiful experience for every client. Loved for her vibrant personality and feel-good energy, she is a joy to have in the salon, and we’re so excited to have her as part of the Salon Ayre team.

The only reason Claudia isn’t here full time? She’s off riding her horse Pammy.
